Our pasture is located at 1130m in the Alta Valle Elvo, on the slopes of Monte Mucrone.
We have been breeding Pezzata Rossa d'Oropa cattle and goats for four generations. Engraved within us, is the will to preserve traditions, the territory and respect the principles of nature itself.
Our animals feed on excellent quality grass and hay, they are not given feed of any kind and milking is done by hand which establishes a direct relationship with the animal. The obtained milk is administered to calves and partly used in the production of cheese for personal use.
 At the moment we are completing the laboratory for the production of butter, bovine and goat cheeses which can be purchased at our pasture, starting from next spring.
At the end of autumn, the animals are moved to the valley and relocated in stables that provide comfortable living quarters for the winter season.
There, together with our animals we await the return of spring to be able to climb the green pastures of ours.
